Overview

Two masters of their craft – Award-winning Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Vancouver’s Michelin-awarded Published on Main - came together for a culinary collaboration exploring the untamed spirit of Scotland’s Orkney Islands through the lens of Michelin-starred Chef Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson.

This exclusive 6-course dinner immersed 50x VIPs in the unique world of Orkney, the collection of 70 islands on the northernmost tip of Scotland and home of Highland Park single malt whisky.

Responsibilities

Ideation and concept, partner collaboration (food, beverage, event flow, guest seating, brand training), guest management, content creator and influencer engagement, invitation design and send out, floral arrangements, tabletop decor, sourcing and delivery of guest gifts.
