Brief

Raise awareness of The Macallan’s 200-year anniversary amongst the target consumer in the Vancouver market.

Overview

Bringing together two masters of luxury – The Macallan Single Malt Scotch Whisky and The Vancouver Club - this exclusive 5-course dinner immersed 50x VIPs in a celebration of heritage, tradition, prestige and craftsmanship.

The dinner was underpinned by a celebration of artists and their craft including 16x artworks on display with work from Douglas Coupland and sculptor Mark Ollinger, Spanish guitarist (a nod to the bodegas The Macallan sherry-seasoned casks originate) and a calligrapher hand-engraving bottles for VIPs.

Responsibilities

Ideation and concept, partner collaboration (food, beverage, event flow, guest seating, brand training), guest management, content creator and influencer engagement, invitation design and send out, floral arrangements, tabletop decor, sourcing and delivery of guest gifts.
